30-Day Change of Heart
We offer a 30-day return window for all unopened and unused products in their original, sealed packaging.

The Process: If you change your mind, just reach out to our team. Once we receive and inspect the unopened item, we’ll issue a full refund (minus shipping costs).

Why? For your safety and ours, we cannot accept returns on devices that have been opened, handled, or used.
Damaged Upon Arrival
If your order arrives damaged from its journey to you, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery. Send us a quick photo of the box and the product, and we’ll ship out a replacement immediately.

Ship: For "Change of Heart" returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. For damage claims, we will promptly assess the issue and ship a replacement as soon as it’s confirmed.
